1. Fire resistance and burning resistance: Because of the high calcium carbonate content, the stone crystal wallboard has a strong burning resistance ability, and it will not change color and will not deform under the test of high temperature.
2. Zero formaldehyde addition: The main source of formaldehyde in building materials is glue, and calcium carbonate itself is a green and environmentally friendly natural material. Glue is not used in the processing process, and it is bonded by heating to prevent formaldehyde generation from the source. In the rigorous formaldehyde test, the spectrophotometric count value is still 0, which far exceeds the E0 standard.
3. Waterproof: Shijing wallboard has strong waterproof performance and will not swell and blisters after prolonged immersion test.
4. Impact resistance: Shijing wallboard has better hardness and excellent impact resistance due to the base material. In the iron ball impact and high-altitude drop test, it remained the same.
5. Scratch resistance: The surface of Shijing wallboard is made of high-purity PVC wear-resistant layer and PUR surface treatment, which is more scratch-resistant than ordinary UV paint.
6. Antibacterial: The base material and surface of Red Shanlan stone crystal wallboard are specially added with antibacterial materials to achieve antibacterial effect in medical space.
